Speaker Biography
Col Frank entered the Space Force in July of 2023 after serving 30 years in the Army. He initially enlisted in the Army in 1990 and served six years as a Hawk Continuous Wave Radar Repairer and TOW/Dragon Missile Systems Repairer. In 1996, he was awarded an Army Green to Gold scholarship and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the Ordnance Corps in 1999.
Col Frank has served two tours in Iraq, one tour in Afghanistan, two tours in Germany, and three tours in the Republic of Korea.
