SCAPR welcomes Ms. Shannon Pallone for our November luncheon. Ms. Shannon Pallone is the Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Battle Management, Command, Control, Communication, and Space Intelligence (BMC3I), United States Space Force, Space Systems Command, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California.

Speaker Bio

Ms. Shannon Pallone is the Program Executive Officer (PEO) for Battle Management, Command, Control, Communication, and Space Intelligence (BMC3I), United States Space Force, Space Systems Command, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California. She guides an $8.5B portfolio of diverse programs encompassing a wide range of mission areas including space domain awareness, battle management, data services, satellite control, and space intelligence to enable timely and seamlessly synchronized multi-domain warfighting.
Ms. Pallone began her career with the Space and Missile Systems Center as a Presidential Management Fellow and has held a variety of roles in the Spacelift Range and Satellite Control Network Division, GPS III Follow-on Production program office, and the Command and Control System-Consolidated Program.
She was the Materiel Leader for Protected
Tactical Satellite Communications (SATCOM) followed by serving as the Senior Materiel Leader for Tactical SATCOM.
Ms. Pallone graduated from Duke University in 1999 with Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and received her master’s degree in Pacific International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego, in 2009. Prior to joining the civil service, she worked as a television and film development executive, for various non-profit organizations, and as a staff geologist for an environmental consulting firm.
