Ms. Eberhardt will be presenting her efforts in SSIO and how Requirements, Integration, and Strategy is working to translate the new Force Designs from SWAC into acquisition strategies.

Biography:
Ms. Deidra Eberhardt, SES, is the Director of Requirements, Integration and Strategy, Space Systems Integration Office, Space Systems Command, Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA. She is responsible for managing and integrating the mission area capabilities for the space enterprise. This includes prioritizing and allocating warfighter and enterprise requirements for Space Systems Command acquisition, identifying, and addressing interdependencies and gaps in the space enterprise, and collaborating with space stakeholders to develop future resilient capabilities in support of the joint warfighter.
Prior to this position she was the Deputy Director for the Space Systems Integration Office managing the Organize, Train, and Equip functions for approximately 300 military/civilians. She held several positions at Space & Missile Systems Center (SMC) before it’s designation as Space Systems Command including managing SMC’s investment funding and acquisition reporting at the portfolio-level and the Center’s independent cost estimating and earned value efforts. In between her two time periods at SMC, she spent seven years at the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) as a Program Analyst, the agency’s Human and Animal Research focal point, and lastly as an Assistant Director, Program Management for one of the seven technical offices.
